PROCESSING TIME

 

• All READY TO SHIP WIGS are available on hand with a processing time of 48 hours.

• All MADE TO ORDER WIGS are custom made wigs and requires 14-21 business days from the day you place order to process

• For Bring your own Bundles (Wig Constructions) processing time is 14-21 business days  after I receive your package.

 

NOTE: Business days are MONDAY - FRIDAY. Public holidays are not included.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

•  Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished. 

• All orders are shipped using USPS and takes 5-7 business days after processing time to arrive.

• You will be notified be  via email with tracking number.

 

NOTE: We are not responsible for delay once package leaves our possession and has been possessed by USPS.

ALL ORDERS REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION ON DELIVERY

ALL SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH WITH BILLING ADDRESS ELSE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

• NO REFUNDS / NO EXCHANGES

• All our products are properly checked and inspected before shipping.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.

Cancellation 

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, do so within 24 hours else a $50 fee will be charged.

 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

 

• We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.

• All Packages come with a Tracking number. USPS updates their system every time they put their hands on your package.

• If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
